Oh me, I am so shameless! I've managed to somehow forget about my blog for the past month. A lot has been happening though. My father died in Texas, so my sister and I flew down for the burial. Came back and discovered I'd contracted some kind of nasty flu crud (I'm guessing on the PLANE) so I've been down with that for the rest of the time.

But on to more fun topics! This is our fun month - HALLOWEEN! Is everyone ready? I'm having my Christmas Card Class on October 31st. For those of you who missed the last one, because of me and what all's been going on here, I'm making last month's for you. I'll have them ready when you get here this time! For FREE!! How's that? Just my attempt to try to make things right for all of you who are trying to get your cards accumulated for Christmas. Also, this is the month we are starting a HOSTESS CLUB! YAY! They are so much fun. Just wait and see! I have some very exciting and fun things in store for you.......... Hugs!

Last Saturday was the best day I've had in a long time!! I hosted an all day stamp camp featuring Christmas cards and all-occasion cards. Some old friends showed up (not old in age, but old as in "dear") and some new friends showed up. WELCOME to Noriko, Lako, Nancy, Darlene, Rachel, Lisa and Noriko! (No that was not a typo - we had TWO Noriko's!) It was soooo fun to meet new stampers. The cards for next time will be even more FUN! Come join us! : )(oh and don't pay any attention to those little yellow dates on the pictures. I was in a hurry and forgot to adjust the settings on my camera! I'll get better with these postings, I promise!)

Stamp Camp this weekend!! Saturday, August 29th - all day at my house. If you haven't signed up, you need to call me and pre-pay by Monday the 24th. This is the first of a monthly Christmas Card stamp camp - - by Christmas time, those who are participating should have 40 beautiful handmade cards!! How cool will that be? I will also be offering an All-Occasion kit to be made the same days, so you can choose either class or even do BOTH! Call me for the details......

With the release of the 2009-2010 Stampin' Up! catalog, I'm starting my blog again, and this time I'm going to try to keep it up! Things happened in the past - - life, in general - - and for some reason or another I just neglected it.

First of all, for those of you who follow my blog, thank you for being patient!! And if any of you want the new catalog, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to get one to you either in person or by mail.

Today was so much FUN! Four of my best friends (my hubby, Amy, Vicky and Missi)

and I were in the audience of the set of "Good Things Utah" in Salt Lake for their live taping. It's one of my most favorite shows and I watch it faithfully. Well, anyway, today was extra special - - because Shelli Gardner, founder and CEO of Stampin' Up! was one of the guests on the show. After the taping, Shelli graciously posed with each of us for pictures. It's virtually impossible to get a picture with her at Convention, since there are thousands upon thousands of demonstrators there. She was so down-to-earth and easy to talk with. THANKS SHELLI for being so kind!! We also got a couple of pictures with the gals on Good Things Utah. They are all just as sweet as can be! Thank you Nicea, Angie, Marti and Reagan..... you gals totally ROCK !!!!
